ITINERARY:
DAY 1

USA Gateway City-Osaka (Lunch / Dinner on board)

Depart your home airport to Japan, the magnificent “Land of the Rising Sun”. 

Our destination is Osaka, the western gateway for foreign travelers.

DAY 2

Osaka (Kansai Airport)

Arrive at Kansai Int’l Airport in Osaka. You will be met and greeted by our tour guide representative who will escort you to the hotel.

DAY 3

Nara (Deer Park, Todaiji Temple), Osaka (Shinsaibashi)

To get your trip off to the best possible start, we begin from Nara, the highlight is definitely the Big Buddha who has been sat in his meditative state for over 1000 years at Todai-ji, and Deer Park where numerous deer roam freely. Then, we will visit Shinsai-bashi, Osaka, the longest shopping street with an abundance of choices, enjoy a fantastic shopping experience and fabulous choices of food and restaurant. After enjoying Osaka, we will take a short but significant journey on world famous Shinkansen “Bullet Train” to Kyoto - A must-see on any visit to Japan. Kyoto is the ancient capital, noted for its preservation of ancient cultural heritages and scenic natural beauty for over a thousand years. Kiyomizu-dera, considered as one of the Japan’s best-loved temple, then we visit Nijo Castle, a flatland castle built by a shogun, Tokugawa Ieyasu.

DAY4

Kyoto (Kinkakuji Temple / Nishijin Textile Center - Kimono Show)
Shizuoka (World Tea Museum - Tea Ceremony Experience)

Today you will have a full day tour of Kyoto, and you will start the tour exploring, Kinkaku-ji (Golden Pavilion). Then we will take a bus ride to get Shizuoka. Upon arrival, we’ll continue to take a bus trip to the World Tea Museum (Ocha-no-sato) in Shizuoka, one of Japan’s top three green tea plantations. Marvel at the lushness of the green tea tapestry. Enjoy the traditional tea ceremony – prepared a green tea at the museum. This should be one of the most interesting experiences throughout the tour. And of course, the tour would not be complete without a long, relaxing soak in the natural onsen (spa) waters that have rejuvenated the Japanese for hundreds of years.

Hakone (Mt. Komagatake Ropeway / Owakudani) Mt. Fuji (5th Station)

We shall begin today’s tour by visiting the Hakone National Park, where you will take a ropeway ride to visit Owakudani, the sulphurous erupting area with smoky hot rivers and hot springs. Finally you will visit Japan’s most iconic symbol, the sacred Fuji-san. (Mt. Fuji)  After a brief stop at Fuji Visitor Center, we shall drive up to Mt. Fuji’s Fifth Station (Altitude 2503m) where you will see the panoramic view of mountains and lakes. In the evening, we take two-hour journey by bus towards Tokyo.

DAY6

Tokyo (Imperial Palace / Asakua / Sumida Boat Cruise / Hamarikyu / Ginza / Shinjyuku)

We will organize for a full day tour around metropolis as the last visiting area of the tour. With such a wealth of experiences to be had, choosing what to see in Tokyo can be a little tricky so your guide will show you some of the highlights as well as giving you the chance to check out anywhere else that has particularly caught your eye.  You will visit, Imperial Palace, Asakusa Sensoji Temple, Ginza and Shinjuku. You will also take a river cruse from Asakusa to Hamarikyu Imperial Gift Girdan. By the end of the day, we are sure that you will get a genuine feel for Tokyo life as well as having a real expert on hand to explain the myriad of sights and sounds around you.  Enjoy All You Can Eat Shabu Shabu Dinner in Sihnjuku.
