*Commissionable fare is only from basefare for each Japan Deluxe Tour. For example, Single Occupancy Additional, Seasonal Additional or Taxes are excluded.
Commission will be paid to registered travel agency only. 10% commision will be paid when agency pays in full by company check or casher's check. (Bounced check fee will be $50.) When you pay with credit card, 7% commission will be paid.

We offer Land-Only option in case your agency or your customer wish to make an arrangement for the air ticket. If so, please ask us first if the tour date you intend to join will be confirmed date or not before you purchase the ticket.

Please read carefully the General Rules & Conditions before you apply for Japan Deluxe Tour. Your agency and your customer both must understand and accept all rules and conditions.

Please use the Package Tour Order Form to apply for Japan Deluxe Tour. You need to fill out completely the form and send us via e-mail info@jdtagent.com or fax at 310-329-7609.
The form is designed to type in from download page, (You are still required to sign by hand.) however you cannot save the form so that you should print it out and keep un your place as a record.
We will not process nor confirm your application until we receive this form. If any deposit required, please make sure to send us upon apply. Non refundable deposit is required $200 per person. Please see the General Rules & Conditions for a detail.

If you wish to make a payment by credit card, please fill out Credit Card Authorization Form completely, and send us with a copy of the front-and-back of the credit card you use. It will be verification purpose only.

After we carefully review your application, one of our Japan Deluxe Tour specialist will contact you within 24 hours (Except Sat, Sun, & Holidays) in order to provide you with a confirmation number.
