All Deposits and final payments are held in a trust account in a federally insured bank, in accordable with the California State Law B&P Code # 17540.11(d) to protect your payment. Union Bank of California is our bank. By requiring that money be placed into a secured trust account, it cannot be used or claimed for any other transaction until your tour depart and all suppliers (airlines, hotels, ground operators, etc ) have been paid.
